How to Get Involved

First of all thank you for your interest in serving in the worship ministry at Church of Celebration. Our desire is to have people lead in worship who are passionate about God, and find their joy in Christ alone. We seek worshipers, not performers. We look for leaders who have joy in Christ, who are authentic on and off the stage (John 4:23), who are humble (Romans 12:3), and who are longing to proclaim the greatness of Christ (2 Timothy 4:2)!

If this is you, the first step is to get in touch with our worship pastor (), so that you can set up a time to meet with him and discuss the possibilities of joining the worship ministry. Currently the worship team’s main practice time is on Sunday mornings. So you will need to be able to practice the songs on your own, prior to Sunday and come prepared to play on Sunday. (The songs are sent to the worship team on Wednesdays.)

We are currently looking for all types of musicians, guitarists, bassists, singers, drummers, keyboards, violins, or anything else you might play. We want to worship God with many, various types of instruments, in order to declare the glory of Lord and Savior. (2 Samuel 6:5, Psalm 33:1-3, Psalm 98:4-6)
